Tks King!! Will try it out. But what i cannot fathom is that how come I am the only one that has identified this problem with Origin? I cannot possibly be the only guy with this highly sensitive issue. I tried again today and the speed fell to 4 mbps as soon as i launched origin. Then i immediately exited origin and ran speedtest again and immediately (within a minute) got 9 mbps. Unbelievable. I hope someone else can verify this issue.Originally Posted by Vidia-King
Wow, that is certainly interesting and unexpected. You could always try using bandwidth allocation software like ASRock's XFast Lan (it will most likely require a registry hack to get this program running on a non-ASRock motherboard). Or just stop Origin from booting at start-up, only using it when you have to, then shut it down.
