I think you could get a cheaper, better PSU. Like a NUUO, or an Antec TP II. Also, if video cards aren't as important for the buyer, a 7600 GT would save some extra money. Other than that, that is indeed about as cheap as you can go without getting crappy stuff, so nice build.

while i know there are cheaper cases out there, i was going for a "budget build" so the one i choose had a power supply all ready in her and it didnt seem too be a bad choice due too the ratings of it.

The memory isn't quite as fast as I myself would prefer. With a Core 2 Duo system I would want at least DDR2 667...

I have a couple of suggestions for you:

[PSU]

Fortron FSP400-60GLN $48.99 Free Shipping

Notes: Active PFC, 6 Pin PCI-E Connector, 85% Efficiency, and 120mm fan.
It has great reviews and speaking from someone who owns it, its great
from price to preformance.

[Case]

CoolerMaster Centurion 534 $54.99($44.99 AR) + Shipping

Notes: Great finish, Aluminum Bezel, Side Window, 120mm Intake/Outake,
Sturdy, Locking PCI Slots, Optical/HDD Rails.

Those are some solid choices that I know would make a great addition to
your build. Oh and Directron has lots of discounts (i.e post 3 pics in their
forum get $6 off, % off for first time customers) and they have good
reviews, nothing but good from them so far!
