Are you saying you were able to try that Mopan K software from the Chinese site?

No, what I said was that it was adjustable, it just didn't apply any of the settings.

Sorry , I do remember that and that is what I meant ... as in my mind being able to apply the change is synonymous with being able to change the voltage.

Well I followed up my phone call and email to GALAXY which contained specific questions regarding voltage control VIA software and the OC Panel regarding if it was needed as well as where one could get their hands on it ... as well as some other specific and related questions...

Upon hearing zero response for about 5 days I emailed them again reminding them of the previous phone call and email as well as some new questions about he Magic K vs the US OC tool and this is what I recieved this morning from Galaxy regarding those specific questions about the White pcb 680

"Hi Michael,

In over clocking a card, we suggest to increase 3-5% each time based on the default clock ( it means to increase 3-5% each on core clock, memory clock, shader clock.) After over clocking the card, you need to use a benchmarking tool like passmark or nvidia stability test to check if the video card is stable. There is no specific value in overclocking a card, not all model can be overclocked on same settings, hence not all card will be stable in same setting even if they are of same model.

If over clocking too high at once, it may cause instability in the system.

You may go to the link below for installing Xtreme Tuner PLUS or HD, which is the tool for overclocking Or just simply use the NVIDIA gpu overclocking option.

I have been dealing with EVGA for several years now and must have been spoiled by a video card company giving actual answers to questions (for the most part). Looking at the OC panel, its just a bunch of switches, which leads me to believe that connector on the card can be manipulated to allow voltage control. Maybe all that needs to be done is to figure out where some jumpers need to be placed? If it's going be like that, that's easy enough for me to eventually get this card.

Pictures are uploading in a few. Unboxing as well. In the 15 minutes I've spent with this card, haven't been able to break the 1.175 barrier yet. Fans aren't really that bad. My 560 Ti Hawks were much louder at the same speeds. 80% was more than tolerable even for a picky person like me.

I was spoiled by Gigabyte 670's and 680's Windforce fans. I really think relative to my pc fans that SOC/HOF's were horribly loud above 70%.
