I would think it has something to do with Nokias net worth compared to Samsungs. I don't think there is any doubt Apple could throw patent fireballs at Nokia if it wanted to.

lol. Exactly. They've run out of ideas. So now all they can do is sue other companies, increase the resolution of their screens and make the camera better...at least steve jobs had ingenuity. If these lawsuits were proposed here in canada, the judge would laugh and tell them to cut the crap...but oh yes, buying off judges is way too easy in the U.S of Crap
