It's a big day for team #37726, zodac has announced his intent to retire. He will leave some massive shoes to fill. We had the thought over in a chat that shall not be named that perhaps the folders should have a say in who his replacement/replacements should be. I'd like to open the floor for nominations. Who do you think would be a worthy replacement ? Said person would have to be knowledgeable, dedicated and have a ton of patience. Let's please keep this on topic as much as possible so management will take it seriously. Thanks. thumb.gif

I fully support this. Honestly this thread may very well end up closed... but it shouldn't be. The truth is OCN leadership doesn't know ANYTHING about this folding team or who is active behind the scenes, it'd be completely unfair to the team to leave it to admins to decide who leads us.

I'm not ranting about management, I'm just saying they don't know us. It wouldn't be right for them to choose one of us based solely on what they can see (forums posts). There's WAY more just posting on the forums that goes into being an editor.

Locking this as nomination threads should be opened by either a team manager (in this case Tator Tot) or upper management (Chipp, The_Manual or ENTERPRISE).
That said anyone wishing to nominate their selves please follow zodacs directions and PM Chipp unless one of the previously mention managers says otherwise.
