Well looking at his sig he should def get the E6300. Save that $40 and buy different RAM. Running 4 X 512 is very rough on his MC. Plus if we are looking in the long run, he will need more then 2GB in the coming years.

Thanks and I also see your point too.

*Not to be off topic, but is that Hiper PSU good?? I was looking at a modular 580W Hiper PSU on NewEgg and I didn't know if I should get it or not.

It is just the certain weeks OC better then others. I don't know exactly why this is, but they do. I guess they decided to make them with better quality materials or something?? I can't say exactly why, but the week does have a good roll in whether a C2D OCs well or not.

He is 100% right, there is a combo at Frys for $199 which includes a RETAIL
E6400 and a crappy ECS motherboard. Now that the E6400 is under $200 it
is only an obvious choice to which one I will be getting. My RAM will be fine
for a couple more months, they overclocked well for me. IM also waiting for
RAM prices to drop as I cant justify spending $300 on RAM that was $160
months ago. That being said, thanks everyone for your interest and help!!
