Although, given a large enough screen, things could be done all future like and things could get really interesting with 3D UIs, but this would also cause fatuige quickly (try using samsung's smart interaction for any length of time, I've never used kinect).
Now, pair this with one of the "3D" mice I posted above, and I think you might be on to something
