What's your opinion about SP2500 ??? I think to upgrade from 5.1 Edifier S550 380 EURO PRICE to
Corsair SP2500 280 Euro.I want to buy 2.1 because is better for music. In my opinion it's very hard to tell that Corsair will win Edifiers it's sound crazy.

The SP2500 is an awesome 2.1 set, arguably the best made for PC speaker set ups. I'm not familiar with your current setup, so I can't say how it would compare to the SP2500s. I also prefer 2.1 over surround, as it can be quite gimmicky if not set up properly, with the proper source. If your looking for quality small satellite speakers, and a decent sub for use at a desk I think it would be hard to beat the SP2500 package. Check out TTL's video on the SP2500 if you haven't already, may have some useful info for you. Hope this helps! thumb.gif

Awsome Set. Best "Computer" Speakers U'll Find. Ive had logitech'sz 5500's, the klipsh Promedia's, Recviver+ speakers. For ther ease of use and sound quality they are nice. The speakers are a bit on the small size so they struggly a bit wth lower frequncies. But the sub makes up for it.

I actually had to sell mine and get audioengine a5's , becuase I moved into an apartment. and got noise complaints everytime i used them.

I don't think it will really help but... I bought the SP2200 set during boxing day for 40$ and I'm very satisfied and the sound seems pretty good (not as good as my Denon DN-HP700 headphones but a lot better than TV speakers). Now that's not the interesting part, according to most people who heard both the SP2200 and SP2500 sets, the SP2200 sounds like garbage comparend to the SP2500 set so the sound quality should be excellent. Unfortunately, I know nothing about your current set so I can't tell you if the upgrade is worth it. Sorry...
