The otherside


As for the front fan, I'm thinking maybe a 200mm option. A 240 on the first one you had to cut into the bays to make it fit, and you had 3 bays left over. As for the top rad not being able to do push/pull that is a given, thin rad is a given, but how thin is the question. A 25mm AIO like the H100 or 30mm like a EX240 is the real question.

I agree with you on the Enforcer kinda, I think you'd be better off getting the HAF 912 advanced, if they would have sold it in the US.

Given that CM increase the height of Scout II about an estimated an inch & 1/2 (I was actually using my old 120 mm radiator that I no longer use in measuring), it fits hence there's only 3 drive bays.

Any thin 240 mm radiator I think will fit on the top as long as it's not a push & pull set up.

The problem with the Scout II thick bottom is that it's something that you can't mod. Unless CM will make some replacement upgrade that you can buy (which I doubt), I don't think the case is good for me.

Another thing also, what I thought of being able to put a 240 mm radiator on the front of Scout II is no longer possible also hence (looking closely at the picture) CM also lowered the placement of the drive bay. It would have been better if they also raised it a bet & put a note preferably to put something of a hallowed component (like fan controllers) on the topmost drive bay if using a 240 mm radiator.

I think most people wanting a fully WC'ed PC that like this case will go with the Trooper/Stryker. This case is more for the H100 and air cooling crowd.

The price tag makes this case look better than it is. Make it $120-130, and people would change their tune.
