Hey guys, just got back from work and opened up the PC to figure out that it has an "Arctic Cooling" Power supply which through the help of google, I have found out that it is a low-tier power supply on par with Diablotek.

To answer some earlier questions, I have 12.3 catalyst installed (12.4 was giving me too many problems like telling me the version was 11.5) with the GPU overdrive enabled. I tested 3dmark11 another time last night and it still ran a 3000-3150 score even after my drivers were updated and my system defragmented. My bios is currently up to date as well (v.1.30). Diablo 3 is also running about the same as it was before, possibly even worse but still playable around 60 fps and still dipping to 10 fps every now and then (usually in the beginning where I use a spell or see some mobs) and then it stabilizes around 40-60 after a few minutes.

Interesting, when I opened up my desktop I made sure all of the slots were plugged in but I did not consider if the graphics card was plugged into the wrong slot. Should I re-open it up, unplug the graphics card and see if it fits anywhere else? It seemed like alot of unscrewing but if this could possibly fix my problem I will do it right away.

edit - I've noticed that I have actually never installed the display drivers for my motherboard since it is an nvidia geforce 7025. Is this a problem? I figure that since my main graphics card is a Radeon 6850 HD I wouldnt have to install anything related to Nvidia display drivers

boot into bios and disable the onboard graphics card.

Replace the board and PSU(Board first I suppose). That board BARELY supports 95w processors. You're only getting ~50% use out of your CPU, going by that phsyics score. Your physics score is lower then mine and my processor is pretty crappy in the grand scheme of things.

Maybe the card is not in the right slot

It is physically impossible to put a PCIe x16 card, like a GPU, into a standard PCI slot, without breaking the card and / or the slot.

Well I'm pretty sure that he's said that returning is not an option. Just need to help him get things fixed up.

OP, I still don't remember seeing screenshots from CPU-z, Gpu-z, and something like HW monitor

Those would be a tremendous help

Oh ok, yea. I get that, but I thought I saw two slots on that board. Even though I posted from specs, I didn't really look at the # of slots, just that it had x16. Which I thought someone said it didn't. Just didnt know if he's tried both slots or not. If it only has one, then my mistake

My bad
