I need idea's on HDD placement

I'm working on rehashing my rig and what I'm working on is very similar to that. There is a RX120 radiator where the HDD cage is and that RS240 is now an RX240.
2 of the 3 5.25" bay's are taken, leaving the bottom free. Thats the most obvious spot, but I'd like some airflow over the drives.

There are 2 HDD's and 1 SSD to place..

EDIT: I guess putting them on the PSU is worse than the no-airflow 5.25" bay, huh?

I see no problem sticking them up in the 5-1/4" bays.

Unless you are really working them, the HDD really shouldn't get to hot. They might be a little warm, but it will be nothing outside their operational temperatures. Just having an open area around them should be good enough.

Hmm.. well, that AP-31 in the rear moves alot of air when things get warm (PWM controlled). I think I have enough room to fit the SSD behind the motherboard.
