I found a conflicting tomshardware article saying 1000$. BTW videocardz.net is not the primary source.

So... 690 in US = $1000, AU = $1600 ($200 more than 680 SLI!), So that means 7970 X2 in US = $1200 AU= $1800 - $2000? Which you could get 3-4way xfire 7970s mad.gif

I can understand why some people buy dual GPU cards, But at this price, if someone has a case big enough to hold this card, I dont see why they wouldn't just get two 7970s.
