Dark Knight - Question

Hey guys i have been trying to find a aftermarket cooler for my 8120 , I would love to go a silver arrow or D-14 but i have all 4 dims occupied. My motherboard is a crosshair V and i have heard and seen images ( one is posted below) of the dark knight cooler and how it dosent interfere with the first dimm but i have corsair vengeance ( The high profile type ). Was just seeing if anyone has fitted this cooler or might suggest another cooler that dosen't interfere with the ram

Got my Dark knight installed to day and i must say its a good buy great price great quality, I also have high profile ram - corsair vengence - in all 4 dims and the cooler does not interfere with it at all , I would recommend this cooler

I was thinking of getting the same cooler and about the ram...does the dark knight easily clear them? or with a different motherboard that has a smaller gap between the cpu and the ram slots could there be a problem? in particular i was thinking of the msi gd80 motherboard, heres the link:

do you think the dark knight would clear the ram on this motherboard?

A quick question for you.
You said that you installed the Dark Night II on a Crosshair V motherboard, which side of the heat sink did you have the fan, or did you have two fans installed.
