model number is printed right on it...usually in big white letters right near the pci slots....
If you still can't find it take a picture of you motherboard...

So I was right you are looking for DDR ram... DDR400 ram... Now I recommend atleast 1GB of ram but what is your budget... what are you willing to spend on the ram? Do you want high performance (overclocking) ram or just cheap ....

There are whole bunch of different types of RAM that have a different number of pins... All you need to do really is concentrate on getting DDR ram (preferably DDR400) which has 184pins..

heh okay. I am going to ask a friend if he has any. I can't afford any of that right now, not newegg, not ebay, not anything. I probably need 256 ram for now... when I get money I will upgrade.
