Weird, my cases paint job was perfect. No chips, scratches or anything like that.

Who knows what happens from the time it leaves Corsair's hands and arrives at my door. I most likely just got part of a bad batch or something.

No, not like that haha. The acrylic would make sort of a pop/cracking noise whenever say my video card kicked up playing a game. If I tightened the screws on the window it wouldn't be as bad, but usually after I moved the case the noise would ensue again.

That's what quality control is though. It doesn't mean that you're always creating the perfect case, it means that when something goes wrong, it is noticed and prevented from shipping out. That's where most of the issues seem to be as of late.

I called customer support since they specifically state for you to contact them before where you bought their product. They weren't very helpful though, basically they didn't have any spare cases, the guy was rather rude, and wanted me to fill out an RMA form anyway that I have yet to receive after 24 hours frown.gif.

There goes a sale for Corsair and now I'm yet again trying to find something unique in an army of cases where the majority are black or white (the new black) or look similar to each other.

Weird. I just RMA'd my h100 this past week and everything was quick and painless minus waiting 2 or so days for the RMA approval. Sent it back in a lose box, dusty and chipped and as soon as they got it, I assume as it was about 4 days after I mailed it, they gave me a tracking number for my new one. Better than new. Bummer about the case, I kinda liked the look of it other than I see that color and style everywhere seeing as I'm in the marine corps airwing. Hopefully they can rectify it. I was pretty put off after my h100 died within a month of buying it and it was a known bad batch, but they did right by me for now.

Handles are just more of a nitpick, but the rest should be addressed for a 140 dollar case. Either going to send it back for a refund or try and swap it out, don't know yet, other than these problems I do really like the case.

That sucks, but I'm sure if you PM George he can work something out for you ( if you haven't already ). He's normally pretty good at keeping people happy smile.gif

Yup, I ran into quality issues with the C70 I bought as well. One of the plastic clips that holds cable management came broken.
I did try to RMA for the clip. Looks like lengendary Corsair customer service is not what it used to be. after emailing, no answer, after serveral calls to voice mail. no answer, after posting on the corsair forums, no answer.

I guess Corsair has started to go the way that Asus has, they have gotten so big that customer service is no longer important as it was. Kind of sad actually.
