Again, this is the point, they shouldn't have to.

You people cry too much. Big companies can't guarantee 100% perfection with every item, plain and simple. There's always going to be either a bad batch, sampling, shipping, or other anomalies. This is where the customer service comes in, if you do happen to get a bad item, either return it to the retailer for a replacement, or go straight to the manufacturer. Or in the case here at OCN, contact a company representative directly. And no company can claim that every item is going to be 100% perfect, unless they go over the whole item with a fine toothed comb, by hand.

Expecting everything to always be perfect is wrong on your part. Sorry the world isn't all sparkles and lollipops.

If you plan to water cool with anything other than a Corsair Hydro Series H80 / H100/ or a single 240 radiator in the roof this PC case is a bad choice. Although it would appear that you could fit a small 30mm thick 240 radiator in the front of the case, unfortunately there is just enough of a gap to prevent that from being possible. It's a sturdy case, all metal construction, but for $140 I wouldn't really say it's worth the money by any means. Especially after reading multiple reviews about the horrible air-flow of this case as seen here, here, and here, I would recommend the Corsair 650D for a mere $30 more as a superior option.

Hope this helps.

I have to disagree, per http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pcdrwky4Rg&feature=youtube_gdata_player you can mount an ex240 in the front, and the bad airflow is due to the hard drive cages having poor crossflow design, but when you have a ex240 mounted with push pull fans the cages are gone and the case has much better airflow.
