Are there still no comparitive performance numbers on this? I know Stren is bending over backward to do a fairly wide-ranged round-up including it, but surely someone else has at least got some numbers to compare between their previous block and this by now?

Stren is working on a big batch. So far the only thermal testing I know of is st0ned at XS who used 5 mounts to show the cpu core - water with the Sniper was 2.5°C higher than EK Supremacy. On OCF, rge got 1.5°C higher with the Sniper than the EK Supreme HF with 3 mounts each. If it averages only 1.5°C higher than the EK Supreme HF, it is a good thermal performer. Look forward to more data. smile.gif

Even then, the Sniper is probably lower restriction...and better still, it isn't an EK product.

Thermally all blocks these days are so tight that the thermal difference between a good mount and a bad mount can be larger than the difference between to blocks. All else being equal.
