Well OBVIOUSLY if the prices drop they will sell faster, which is the same for anything, but at least that confirms the GTX 660 should perform like the 570, and hopefully the Ti version will be more like a 580.

for all the talk of cards not having enough VRAM i haven't seen too many complaints about cards not being able to handle what's being thrown at them specifically because of a lack of VRAM. it's starting to get like CPU's bottlenecking graphics cards, it's largely theoretical and doesn't show up practically a whole lot.
Yup, well said. CPU bottleneck isn't such a big deal as people like to say. I get very similar framerates in games from benchmarks with an i7, DDR3 and the same GPU, with a 4 year old processor with a poorer architecture and lower Clock Speed than a 2500k, AND MSI Afterburner shows my GPU load at 99% a lot of times (never 100% though) so people need to cool it with this "CPU Bottleneck" crap. More than 1.2GB VRAM is only necessary for extremely high resolutions or multiple monitors.
