Torrent Sites not working :@

I stay in India and the judicial system here has blocked the torrent websites like thepiratebay.org , torrentz etc etc...Hence iam unable to access lots and lots of data which i actually need . On some systems the sites are working with a added 's' with http....On my system , i get a page cannot be displayed notice on Chrome , Firefox and IE ...
Any ideas as to how to make the websites work...

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated !!
