What razer mouse is heavier and larger than abyssus?

Thread Starter
I have an abyssus, my first razer mouse, and its ok, doesnt knock my socks off or anything. Its just missing heft. I think its in the neighborhood of 100 grams- what other razer mice would you suggest that just feel heavier and more solid? Or any other mic from other brands in general.

The abyssus weight is more like 70g depending on how much cable you include or exclude.
The deathadder for example is more around 120g.

Deathadder is 108g, no need to guess on that one. The Abyssus is 70g thats right.

Theres 2things you can do:
-Buy Deathadder. Same or probably even better sensor, best possible on market.
-Buy g400, as good sensor, you have to like the shape and you have to like the buttons but if u do its as good.
You can decide on personal preference, both mice are outstanding.

What you should do:
-Stop rating hardware on weight, less weight on a mouse is better for fingertip/clawgripping.If u palmgrip u bought the wrong mouse:(
Get used to it or back to what you can do:D
-open your mouse and simply add weight to it if you really think you need more weight. playdoo offers extra weight in any colour you like, its the pro solution for any kind of electrical device that needs more weight.

Theres no better/as good mouse with over 400dpi, all the xpensive laser mice are more or less crap till now:(

What a trivial thing to argue, but you are definitely wrong either way. No need to guess indeed, Razer them selves list the mouse as being 148g.

Nope, but I think the old razer Deathadder had a weight of about 104g. Maybe thats where the confusion comes from.

148g with cord is possible, but its not the thing people wanna know if they ask for the weight.
People ask for weight in forums because most companys give bad or misleading information on that.

I didnt argue, all i did was to mesure the weight of my mouse at some point (cant remember when) so i can tell you: You dont have to guess, i can tell you its 109g.

I just got the 3,5g im gonna return tomorrow out and with cord its 148g.
Probably all the little differences (104-110g) are from the cord being more or less sturdy/positioned differently

Bizarre, I stand corrected. For what ever reason I seemed to recall measuring my own to weigh 120 something G. Maybe my cheap kitchen scale is broke lol
