Use some of [=http://www.scan.co.uk/products/acoustipack-lite-multi-layered-material-kit]this[/] stuff. Reviews are all excellent and will help muffle any sound.

But as above get quiter fans. I'm in the process of replacing my stock antec fans and their expe dive but te Sanyo denki fans are meant to be the best

I have it on my 6950 and it is in audible at 50% fan and a ton cooler. When the card is at full load, it reaches the same temperature it was when idling with the stock cooling.

I use enermax fans and have an accelero xtreme plus on my system, this makes for a silent system
