What software would I use to test GPU usage? Definitely worth looking at...

I would recommend MSI Afterburner;

Got that GPU Usage going. Is it me or are these GPU's just laughing at BF3?

FRAPS didnt budge from 60 the whole time (VSync On)

LOL. Go into CCC and turn V-Sync off. Looks like they only have to work half as hard to achieve a steady 60 fps.

Ok, VSync disabled and I'm pushing FPS on average of 130 (anywhere from 100-200).

On the downside, my top card is choking! I'm running 2 DCII coolers (the triple slot ones) so there is bugger all (very little) airflow getting to the fans on the top card.

GPU score is 5.4% higher on Bulldozer compared to Phenom 2 with a 15.6% clock speed advantage over Phenom 2 in favor of Bulldozer.

Scores are higher because of the CPU score is higher on Bulldozer.
