Looking for a new mice - G5 is aging with broken wire...

Thread Starter
My G5 mouse lasted for ~5 years now... but the wire is exposed and wearing out. From time to time my mouse freeze due to small short. It is getting annoying.
I am looking a mouse on par or close to G5 but no more Logitech please; I don't like those hard cord they are not flexible.

I was looking at the Corsair M60. $60 mouse not bad. Any other suggestions? I've read the list of mouse rating but still I cannot tell the mouse has similar feel like G5. Razor is okay but they are expensive.

Edit: changed title.

Does DeathAdder have any tracking issue on black surface? I heard mixed results. Some said best and some said vice versa.

As good as the Deathadder is, the g400 is a more logical choice if you want to keep the shape.
Both are great mice, the Corsair are not.

Not only there, i could get it for 45€ shipping included, thats still dirt cheap for the BE. Its refurbished but that does only mean it was opened before and in the case of the BE for 45€ if vs any chance theres some scratch on the mouse i return it and get another one:D 2bad im fine with my old one^^

This. I found it very difficult going from my old G5 to a Deathadder, so I went with the MX518 (and now G400) instead.

I'm not going back to Logitech. Sorry.

MX510 - Mouse button fail overtime.
MX510 Blue one - Mouse button fail overtime again.
MX518 - Mouse button fail + pad wears out so far + scroll wheel broke.
MX Anywhere - Terrible Wifi+ Lags.
G5 - Mouse cord broke + going crazy when moving it out.

G400 is basically the same material and design as MX series. I don't want those problem.

I have a Razer Orochi (for laptop grip style) but I need one for my desktop alone.

Logitech G700 is a nice solid mouse, if I'm gaming I tend to leave it plugged in, on the go it can go wireless without issue.

*edit* i took too long to post and you ph34r-smiley.gif go and say you don't want Logitech anymore, if so I can't help you since all of my accessories are Logitech sorry mate
