If you want the fastest SSD possible, you'll want an Intel 520 240GB. That's the fastest. What I'm trying to give you is the best bang for the buck. Currently, the M4 has that advantage over Intel's 520 and the Vertex 4.
I doubted between going for 8GB and 16GB. With video editing, I suppose 16GB woudln't be total overkill, so one might go for that, but 32GB is for people like me or 3930K (the user, I mean) : go overkill, or go home.
