Feeling the urge to tinker with my rig, currently looking for a fan controller. Would prefer digital but really, I'm open to anything

Budget?
Drive bays available?
Colour preferences?
Amount of fans? Voltage/wattage/amperage of said fans?

Budget...anything is fair game
Drive Bays available...3
Color...black
Fans...not entirely sure on that one, I do have a pair of AP-15's I'd like to run on a single channel though

In the future, I plan on going w/c so that should be considered as well

Ok if you're watercooling... you'll be needing a lot of channels.

8 channel : comes in black. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998090

Alternatively, this runs 20 watts per channel, for a total of 80 watts.

I love my Lamptron FC5 - four channels, 30 watts per channel, RGB display with jumpers to adjust the font color, and the V2 version's display has a great viewing angle with a very black background with crisp numerals. The front panel is machined brushed aluminum available in a black or natural finish.

I made my own wiring harness with a DIP switch so I could easily change colors and swap between channel voltages and temperature readings. And with the high power ceiling, I can wire up multiple high-draw fans in each channel, or control all fans in a push-pull radiator setup.

Cost is about $70, but can be had between $60 and $80.

Personally I would go with knobs or sliders since you'll have more precision.

However, there are somewhat decent touchscreen controllers, relatively speaking. The touchscreen premium will raise the price significantly, and you're getting a worse fan controller in return

If you're watercooling, and you're going to be running anywhere from 8-16 fans total, I would suggest a good ol' knob / slider fan controller with 20-30W per channel.

Thanks for the advice...leaning towards the Lamptron right now (Like the readout)

No problem, that's a solid choice.
