I've been quite pleased with my Lamptron Touch controller. The price premium isn't too great over say the FC5v2 (only about $8 more on Amazon.com right now), and has 6 channels at 30w each. Also, the screen for each channel can display all the information you could want (RPM, voltage, temperature) without having to flip DIP switches. Control is handled by a % slider than can be adjusted in 1% increments, which is accurate enough for my needs. Also, the controller includes an ARM processor (yeah the same guys that make chips for smartphones) that handles the Auto profiles if you want to use the included temperature sensors with an Auto setup. Lastly, I personally like how you have to hit the little power button on the screen in order to see the fan information, as it's not stuff I need displayed all the time.
The only gripes I have is the power % slider can be a bit sensitive, and there is some noticeable back light bleeding on the edges of the screen. Not a big deal to me but it could for some.
The big selling point for me was aesthetics to be honest. I simply prefer to not have dials or sliders on the front of my rig. It's worth a look if you haven't written off touch screen controllers.
