Need help to pick a card for my system

Hi guys, getting a new card since currently I have MSI GTS250
thinking picking up a
MSI Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0 Overclocked Video Card (R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC)

AMD 960T.
Will my CPU bottleneck the card? or will my card still too low to put in the system?

please advise.

960T won't bottleneck at all, what do you mean "will my card still too low to put in the system" ?

sorry, i meant will this card still very low end?

should I go up to another higher grade?

btw, is 6770 weaker than 7770 alittle or alot?
