Any difference between these Samsung 830 drives?

As stated by the title, any difference between these two drives aside from the desktop upgrade kit? The normal 128GB drive is out of stock so I just want to make sure before I buy a SSD with different performance.

830 SSD with upgrade kit:

they are the same drives just one has more accessories
