The cards will run @ stock clocks. My i5 2500K is overclocked to 4.4GHz.

At stock clocks on the 470's, sure, no problem. I'd recommend more power though if you're going to significantly OV and OC the cards. I could draw over 700W AC from the wall with my old 470SLI setup just running regular graphics benchies like 3dMark11 with a good-sized OV/OC. Of course that's <650W DC so it would still work, but it's cutting it a bit close for my personal taste.
