gpu for witcher 2

hi i dont know if this is the right place to put this. im playing witcher 2 and i normally like go advanced settings and see how far i can go but this time i went recommended. it set my graphics to medium and im running a 6950 2gb. so my question is what gpu do you need to run at the max settings. if you are playing this game on your 6950 2gb post your settings so i can give them a try.

I think your card should handle that game just fine at 1080p with uber sampling disabled.

I would be willing to try turning everything to the max with uber sampling on to see if it is even playable (30fps+), your graphics card may sound like a jet engine if you're on air though.

I have everything up and ubersampling with SLI GTX 470s overclocked 800/1600/1800 and I get anywhere from 30-50fps depending on what's going on in game.

my 460s in sli ran that game perfectly maxed out 1080p without ubersampling. Forget about ubersampling its rediculous. Use fxaa instead if possible

Very tough to run maxed (and by maxed I mean with Uber on) with great fps. My SLI 480s crush that game with uber off, still pretty playable with it on too with no OC at all
