So I finally found a friend in the area that has a 1155 board and some TIM biggrin.gif.

Going to test everything tomorrow and test this old 939 chip+mobo +cf 4850s that I've had stashed in the closet (found it while looking for boxes for the parts) to see if I can have a more functional replacement than the athlon system during this process biggrin.gif.

Thanks for keeping up guys, I'll update ya'll to what parts work and which ones done thursday!

As for my own RMA, my cooler came in today and it's installed and damn sexy might I add <3 loving it so far, and corsair was pretty good about the whole deal

Good, I'm glad that they got that all worked out for you smile.gif.

Tested my parts last night, the 939 system doesn't work (damn). The mobo gets a power light but does not boot frown.gif. I'll be stuck on this athlon system for ahwile. It's sad that my chromeboot with an atom processor is more powerful than my desktop.

On the antec system : The cpu is shot (double damn) and the mobo doesn't work (triple damn) but everything else seems to (all drives are seemly functional as are the GPU and PSU wheee.gif). My friend had an AMD gpu installed on his system so we wern't able to load test the 560ti, but it boots and works without a driver package so I'm going to assume it's fine biggrin.gif.

Now to make use of my SSD in the meantime redface.gif.

I'm going to miss my chip frown.gif.

So now to send antec my serial numbers tonight and give them a call tomorrow to get all the USP stuff arranged.

Parts tested (finally!) and Serial numbers/Model codes sent to antec on their ticket system. I'll contact them monday to confirm receipt and get the shipping label (hopefully).

Just read through this whole thread. I really hope Antec honors the warranty and pays to replace the damaged parts.

Consider this; if you can get a full refund + replaced parts, then that gives anyone else with a failed unit a credible source to quote for Antec thumb.gif

Yea, after their last response they've been very patient, which I am happy for. I've had a lot of things happen over the past two weeks, and with that and work I haven't found the time to get to the post office yet. It's my plan tomorrow, but my wife wants me to go to the grocery store tomorrow during lunch, and the post office will be closed after work, so.... yea... now the delay is me, not them smile.gif.
