I'll most likely be getting rid of my Antec parts, and going to Corsair equivalents (even a Corsair CLC, if it leaks, I KNOW Corsair will fix the problem), because what happened to you is just terrible.
To think, I recommended Antec CLC's, and Antec parts in general because of their top quality (which they are), but with this kind of CS... no thank you.

I hope you get the RMA plus the damage cost, corsair just has a huge edge over their support.

This is publicity antec, the amount you save for turning down his RMA costs less than what we will think of your company.

Hope this doesn't happen to me, as the components shipping would cost a lot just for them to test it.

I haven't received my RMA refund and its been 7 days! I would be lucky if I get what I paid for minus the shipping

I understand that. I had no problem with it initially, but I was not going to pay for shipping my system, and neither were they. Now that I've had time to think about it; I don't feel comfortable sending my hardware to a company I've never dealt with.

Taking shipping costs out of the equation, would you feel comfortable sending your rig to me so I could test your parts?

I'm willing to send them the khuler unit, as long as they pay for shipping. If the product is functioning correctly, then I would be responsible for the shipping costs back to me. We would've both spent the same amount and I would have carried on my merry way with less money. I do not like being in these situations, and would much rather just deal with my MB manufactuer, but I cannot due to this cooler. The evidence is there, and if it wasn't for this cooler, I'd be using my rig right now.

What are they going to test my rig for? Are they going to use their spare parts on my hardware? Are they going to assist me with the RMA for my GPU even if it's works after this accident? RAM? CPU? SSD? There are too many questions that I do not have the answer for. I worked hard for these parts, I'm possessive over them.

Did I mention that they wanted me to send along my drives with no concerns that they contained personal information?

The only reason that I can think of they would need the parts would be to test he chemical composition of the residue. I can do that with a few q-tips and a stamp, and it would be a lot cheaper on both of us.

I did some research, and price to ship all of my components one way would be over $50 not considering dimensions of the box, insurance, and how that effects pricing.

I just changed my mind to a corsair system and removed about $230 from Antec's pockets (psu/cooler). Unless this is quickly corrected and handled, I'm officially on a boycott of Antec as this customer service as a prime example of what NOT to do. Their cases are great- but they don't fail. The PSUs are high quality, and they rarely fail- but if they are so crappy at CS for a product they endorse than all of that quality is knee capped and suddenly all of the other brands look SOOO much better (ordered a H70 CORE instead)

Antec, please change your mind- I would rather be able to buy products from you considering I build a rig about ever 3 months.

Best of luck with their currently terrible service Nocturin
