Building a new Gaming Rig

So ive decided on The i5 2500k Processor, 2x4G DDR3 Kingston Hyper X RAM, and the GeForce GTX 570 HD card. Still trying to find a MoBo around $120. I did look at an AsRock mobo but there were a ton of reviews about the bad usb ports. Any more mobo ideas. I was looking at Gigabyte but couldnt find a decent one in the price range. I am also looking to overclock.

Help would be great!

I'd still recommend motherboards like the ASRock Extreme4 though. They offer a big bang for your buck.
You can get the i5-2500K for 169.99 at Micro Center. Usually, there are bundle savings for another 50 off your motherboard.
You can also get an i5-3570K for 189.99 and bundle savings.
Call your local Micro Center for the bundle savings first before you buy.
