There a problem if you cant maintain 50 FPS on one screen... Like Aeroz tell you install MSI Afterburn see if both GPU load at 99%
Are you using any AA ? I dont use it because with 5760X1080 its too much to use it but if I remember I read somewhere ATI user should NOT use deffered AA but the post AA if needed ( I run post AA without any fps loss).
Like I told you in our private msg , dont expect too much from xfire 6950 at 5760X1080 its barely runing eyefinity in BF3 with some ingame setting a bit lower.. Shadow and Mesh take a lot of power so you will need to reduce them, no occlusion, no motion blur.
Also remember to use Driversweeper between driver change to have a clean driver install every time.
