Need for Speed Carbon Demo for PC - Page 8

I have the demo of this on my 360 from the Marketplace and I think its an alright game, playing on 360 pretty much makes me immune to all the problems you guys are having and playing with the 360 controller is just about perfect, though I agree, this game takes 0.5 skill to play

before we get all hung up on skill requirements and nkocking gameplay..its a demo!

i love the autosculpt feature, its a really nice addition to the body kits and rims and stuff, you can make the car much more of your own now. The new drift mode is at least funneer than it was in u2 or u. id really like to play the full version though before i bought it, to see how it works and how nice it really is

I liked the drift physics in U2, but the tracks were so tight, it was almost impossible to get any speed. Here, the tracks are right, but I don't like it drift the cars for you. It automatically countersteers for you. What's the fun in that? And honestly, the Autosculpt didn't give me as much flexibility as I wanted to. I could make this hole big, or not so big, when I wanted to remove it. Overall, this demo was dissapointing. Yes, it's a demo, but demos are supposed to get people to buy the game, and for some reason, I'm not so excited about this game anymore. Maybe I save my money and invest in a steering wheel first. Oh, and it appears they jacked the graphics up a bit since Most Wanted, so it kinda sucks on my computer.

I put the graphics settings right up but wasnt impressed. After seeing this demo im not going to buy the game unless the release version is compeletly different which is unlikely. Im sticking with Need For Speed Most Wanted for now.

That's great and all, but I can't get it to run. Whenever I launch it it brings up a black screen and nothing happens. My comp isn't frozen, cause I can sometimes get the mouse to show up. None of the minimize shortcuts work, though. Is there some magic button I need to press?
