Samsung RAM..it's really flexible http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147096&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Memory+%28Desktop+Memory%29-_-SAMSUNG-_-20147096
Only other RAM i would want would be my STT ddr3 2000 8-8-8-24 back sozo.gif
Any better RAM..be prepared to spend big bucks..

Whats the lowest timing it can get on 1600?
How high can it OC to for FX
for me..7-8-8-20 @ 1600
idk about FX memory stuff so much..I had..a lot of effort to get my RAM stable with FX..I got it..but it took some doing.
I think I had STT and Team RAM at that time. The TEam did better I think.

Those do look promising.

The answer to your question depends on your priorities/values.

While many folks like the new Samsung low voltage 30 Nm DDR3 RAM, any of the name brand RAM will work just fine. I personally prefer to run the RAM at the default designed RAM frequency or slightly above depending on the CPU.

If you plan to upgrade to an FX CPU then I'd go with 1866 MHz. RAM as long as you don't need to pay a premium for it as there is no significant system performance gains in real applications with RAM frequencies above ~1333 MHz. in typical AMD or Intel desktop PC operation. The links below have more info.

As always I recommend that folks technically educate themselves on the various RAM Pros and Cons and then Buy What Makes YOU Happy.

For amd i use 2 kinda ics ''hypers'' and ''psc'' with most hypers you can go 1600mhz 6-6-6 or 2000mhz 8-8-8 this last one you get only with bulldozer cpu, with thurban is too difficult pass over 1950mhz+
Using powerchip (psc) you can go higher 2200mhz with thurban but no tight timming trc +2 or + 4 ....
I was able to put almost 2300mhz 7-11-7 using my 1090t but just with psc ic......

adata 2200mhz 8-8-8 hyper
super talent 2000 8-8-8 hyper
corsair 2000 8-8-8 hyper

gskill flare 2000 7-9-7 psc

or use this site to see many kinda ics : http://ramlist.i4memory.com/ddr3/
