There's a new update on Origin for Crysis 3, does anyone know what it does?

Yes. Totally forgot about dificulty level. I would imagine easy vs. hard would be a huge difference. That would definitely increase gameplay value (not to mention frustration). Dark Souls anyone?!

I run the game on 1080 low-medium because of my 550ti, and god does it look gorgeous even at those settings!

Perhaps you could've copied the information rather than forcing us to click that link.

Patch A changelist:

• Melee damage reduced, it now takes two hits to kill a player not in Armour mode if they have full health. If they have full health and full Armour it takes 3 hits.
• Predator Bow ADS sensitivity reduced
• PC ADS sensitivity reduced slightly from Open Beta feedback (75% of hipfire sensitivity)
• Marshall damage reduction (point blank damage modifier reduced, damage fall off increased)
• O.G.R recoil reduced to be more controllable during full auto fire
• Laser attachment hipfire spread reduction reduced slightly
• Pinger head rotation speed increased
• Swarmer base damage increased
• Predator Bow draw time reduced
• Pistol base damage increased 10%
• Weapon Pro Module targets reduced to lower targets

PS you have like the worst pic of Adria..

Far out it looks gorgeous completely maxed out in 1440p I think frames were like ridiculous low 20s though

You'll need multiGPU to run 1440p to maintain 40FPS+

It's funny how much smoother the multiplayer runs for me. In single player I get 40-60 averaging about 55 at 1680*1050 with my 7950 maxed out, but in multiplayer I average over 65, with it usually sitting around 72. Complete opposite of most games.

About half way through the fourth act, and I can safely say that I'm very proud of my 670's performance @ 1080p. Have everything maxed out with 2x MSAA and game is running butter smooth. Haven't even bothered loading up FRAPS because I really dont care what FPS I'm actually getting because it's more than playable even when there's a lot of action going on. Everything looks great, and running very smoothly (even at only 2xMSAA really no jaggies at this resolution).

Haven't jumped in multiplayer yet, but I'll probably drop the aliasing down to FXAA anyway for that because you need more FPS for multiplayer.

Always tell myself I'm going to go SLI, but then I find my single 670 always getting the job done just fine; actually more than satisfactorily (as it did with Far Cry 3 and basically every single other game that has come out).

You can't be getting more than 30fps. My 7970 can't maintain 60fps with no AA and high settings, and the game is AMD optimized plus a 7970 is faster than a 670...
