Need help of some experienced O/C'ers to fix this major set-back.

Alright heres the deal:
I'm 16, I live with my parents, I have no job to pay for a computer.
Now my mother(paying for it) knows I am very able to build a computer, but she doesn't understand overclocking, or how much faster the computer will go when the VidCard, Ram and CPU are O/C'ed She is convinced that I am going to some-how damage the computer. Now I try to explain to her that at full load as long as the CPU (C2D E6600) is under 60.1 degrees C it wont be damaged. Can somebody(s) back me up?

F.Y.I. - I'm planing on liquid cooling.

Say:

"I read up, and you're right. It can damage the computer. I'm sorry"

Then overclock to your hearts delight.
