Article is very biased against Apple. I haven't seen an article lately that presents news in a clear, unbiased fashion...

Not a whole lot of apple love on mainstream forums like this one. I think we all know why. They're better named crapple. Apple is nothing compared to samsung, never has been and never will be. Kinda like with apple vs google. I hope crapple dies and rots.

i just showed a friend of mine this article, his response was to pull his SIM card from his iphone 3 and throw it off his balcony.

i dont blame him considering it kept freezing up on him, he walked in to have it fixed and they asked for $150.

crapple sells crap...literally

Not your fault, but it's the common misconception on this topic that it has to do with the voice interface. Which it doesn't (at least, not on paper). It has to do with Apple's ownership of a "universal search" patent, where a search topic is entered in one location, but then the service searches multiple locations simultaneously as part of the same search (i.e., the search subject might be spoken to 'Siri' after which the 'Siri' application initiates the universal search). The search doesn't need to involve Siri or any other voice-input interface in order to violate the universal search claims.
Regardless, if this is considered a win by people, then I've won many arguments.

It's a win in the sense that Apple was unable to keep the Galazy S III from coming to market.

sadly, the wireless network is the culprit!no not because it run on xp!but because of bufferbloat issue!
worst even if you use wifi!the default setting wireless provider ask in n a prevent you from getting proper way even on your personal wireless!
same for tower or web selection!you might be connected via a maine connection even tho you are in california !ya very stupid!
as we all know latency is a mather of distance!but hey we re the all mighty wireless!what do we care about comon sense!we know better then the engineer that created WWW !
LOL!ya some suffer from either napoleon ,ceasar or hitler sindrome!what we do might not make sense to us but it does to them!what!i dont understand!lol
anyway!sufice it to say till the fcc put laws optimal bufferbloat number(yes this can be tested ,icsi has a version for computer but if wireless industry asked nicely icsi would make a mobile version lol!)and closest best internet connection instead of the one that doesnt cost a l3 gate.

Glad this failed, or at least it is delayed. If Apple cannot compete then they honestly should just try harder rather than sitting on their hands looking at other companies innovate and then try and take a bite out of them. Apple has to be the least consumer friendly company on earth in some respects.
