On 1215 mv can get 1150 mhz stable but even on 1225mv cannot get 1200mhz stable on ffxiv arr benchmark. It freezes or I get bsod. Even on 1215 and 1150 I only did 2 benches, didn't do any more.

Still got 2 days on Newegg before my RMA period runs out but honestly I'd rather not have to RMA. It's good at stock(1075mv) and 1000mhz, so I'll prob just buy another one and keep it at that. Memory seems to peak at 1400 mhz. But I keep @ 1300.

My problem: I have the same card, an MSI Twin Frozr III 2GB, and GPUTweak was the program I found that works. However, it caps the core at 1120. I could EASILY push it past this with my volts at 1.200 or 1.225, but unfortunately I am capped in every program I have tried.

Had success with GPU tweak to a degree. I could change everything I wanted to but it didn't save.

Did download new AB beta that let me change the voltages and I could also save it. Just have to unlock the gpu voltage and other settings to let you do that. Should also check the expanded overclocking limits as well.

Hope that helps. smile.gif

Just got my new stable overclock done and it looks like this.

GPU vcore had to be raised to 1.3V to get 1200MHz stable on core and memory wasnt stable at 1530MHz so i dropped it to 1500mhz.
My GPU is, Asus HD 7850 2Gb DCII.
I'm really happy with the 3DMark11 results. biggrin.gif

(EDIT) Found out that Asus GPU Tweak 2.0.6 does have Vcore limit of 1.3V and core frequency limit of 1720MHz!!

The problem is not unlocking my voltage. Its not locked in GPUTweak. My core clock however, has a cap of 1120

Hi everybody
I have a sapphire Hd radeon 7850 2 go NOT oc edition
What is the max overclock I can get without touching the voltage? I mean the highest stable overclock
And what should I use to do that? Catalyst center?

Thanks

That will really depend on your individual card and stock voltage. I personally reccomend MSI Afterburner or Sapphire Trixx for programs to use. My personal stable stock overclock was 1350 on the memory and 1150 core but I've been told that's rather high for stock voltage and my stock voltage was 1.138V

Isnt the voltage the same for every sapphire radeon 7850 2go?

Increase CCC limits GPU tweak has it in the settings -> tuning

This is what my Sapphire card's gotten so far. I'm not really impressed seeing everybody else's results in the thread.

Haven't touched Powertune because it hasn't affected my Heaven benchmarks.
