Between the two, they both have all the PCIe and sata ports I need..
I need the absolute best stability and OC capability... Opinions??

I had an asrock z68 extreme4 and it oc'd like a damn champ. 5.1ghz on my 2600k. I just bought a z77 sabertooth and I am hoping for the best...my asrock board doesn't recognize all 4 dimm slots anymore that's why I bought a new board.

Well u got my Asus board and the BIOS is slightly more complicated with more features. I think they are useless but that's just me. I haven't figured out how to keep the voltage low either. The asrock is simple and keeps the voltage what you set it at. The Asus seems to have a boost feature or something because I've seen it boost to 1.6v which is scary. If I can fix that issue I'd say they are equal.
