Last LCD question

Well I contacted a few manufactures about there larger LCD's and they tell me to not use the HDMI connection for my PC (I would use a DVI to HDMI cable) and use the D-Sub 15 but its max resolution with the Toshiba and Westinghouse are 1280x1024 .

So have any of you bypassed this and just hooked up thru DVI and it all worked out?

I'd say your in a fix man..

If it was me, I would even touch an HDTV for a monitor because of the response time.

I'm at 1366x768 for resolution right now with 12ms response, and I have 0 ghosting or whatever. Also, using dvi to hdmi cable. Ordered on newegg for 6.99 not 56.99 like at all other locations... You'll be fine

Both of those LCD's have a response time of 8ms. Also I did a bit more checking and it says when hooked up to the D sub its refresh rate is 60hz...

And the winblows bar isnt too small across the bottom? You can focus on it just fine?
