If you try and ignore the graininess they can do better than that.. I'm not trying pee on your parade but compare those to halo2, you'll see little difference graphicly. Set all the fanboyism aside and being honest, I think for xbox's biggest title they can do better.

hmm thats interesting. Did you know EPIC games does the same thing for Unreal Tournament but they don't waist days making low resolution textures. So for those reasons I'd like to see proof of this information. Most of those textures are more than tilable making it impossible to lift off a previous game, so either they have money and time to waist or theres more to the story. Map layout and game mechanics have little to do with dressing it up pretty so it seems like waisted time to me. If they did it for some kind of color palette isue they should have solved that back in the concept renderings.

Hence the fact that they aren't done making it yet...Pre alpha, like basically a ghetto version of what it will be. Patience, it'll all come to fruition
