nice build, also is giving me ideas on my upcoming new switch build. but one comment, if i were you i would only wrap the front and the top, would accent it alot imo.

Amazing build! I have been watching it grow, and drawing inspiration for my own loop. I have a question that I am hoping that you could answer... I am getting ready to purchase, and I am pretty much sold on the EX420 for the top, but I am planning on adding my GPU (670FTW) to the loop, and was wondering if you personally think that the 420 would handle it and a 3930K, or if I should add a 240 in the bottom? I am thinking EX240 Multiport, but also considering the UT60 240, although I could not run push pull on the UT60... I am curious what you would do? I don't think that I will be able to buy the GPU block right away, but I would like to have as much of the components as possible for when I do add it.
I am not trying to hijack your thread, promise, I just see that you have a lot of experience with the case and with the EX series rads. Thanks!

What kind of overclock do you have on your 3930K? The 420 ought to be enough to handle that and a 670, but IMO, the Switch 810 easily allows you to install a 240 in the bottom without sacrificing all of your hard drive slots. So why not add a rad in the bottom? Maybe down the road you want to add a second 670, the extra rad allows for greater capacity to expel heat. I like your idea of doing a thicker rad in the bottom. I just don't like the copper accents of the UT60. If you want to go with a thicker rad I personally would go with the rx 240 from xspc.

Thanks, I am planning on using the bottom for the 240 as I can suffice with 3x3.5 bays. I actually don't have the build put together yet, I am waiting to order my water cooling stuff (the rest of it) before assembly. I would like to have a 4.5Ghz stable/daily overclock, and the 670 I'd like to push to at least 1200 core. The only thing that has me leaning towards the EX240 is that I can fit it in push-pull with AP15s without completely blocking the front lower intake fan. I don't want to lose too much case airflow and my measurements seem to show that it'd be completely blocked by a 60mm rad w push pull fans (which I want to have in order to maintain strong case airflow from bottom to top). But I guess that an EX240 + EX420 is equivalent to essentially a 480 +240 so around 700x120mm of frontal surface area which seems to be significantly more than the "rule" of 1x120 per component, or even 2x120mm per component. This is OCN, after all, so I'd rather over-rad than under, and I intend on using strong fans on both rads (so I am leaning towards the EX on the bottom as I don't care about the noise of 1800rpm fans, which better benefit the EX than RX as I understand it?).
A DeltaT of around 5C would have me over the moon! Thanks for the help!

Doing some work on the front of the case. I screwed up my dremel cuts really bad so I had to seek help to fix it. Check out the advice I got here. http://www.overclock.net/t/1288493/how-to-fix-a-bad-dremel-cut/20#post_17836050

Here is the bad start:

Here is the fix after taking the advice.

I tried to cut the front with the same dimensions as the cuts in the top, but because I did it so bad the first time I had to file the gaps even bigger. Now I know how to avoid messing up so bad in the future.

Now, I wanted to put some mesh behind the slots I just made on the front panel, but I didn't want to pay to have some modder's mesh shipped. Local hardware stores didn't carry anything like computer mesh so I borrowed some mesh from an old case. Because of the big holes in this mesh, I had to cut it into strips.

I also wrapped the front panel piece in white carbon fiber vinyl. It looked great, but there was one small problem. The NZXT lettering, which I covered with the vinyl, caused the vinyl to indent and distort where the lettering was. It would not have been a problem had I been able to press the vinyl in perfectly around the letters, but I couldn't. So I cut a rectangle around the letters, applied some of this kwik plastic putty and smoothed it out with an old credit card. I then wrapped it a second time in the vinyl.

Next, I painted my mesh strips. First, I coated them in a self etching primer and then I painted them with a Rustoleum satin white. I then attached the mesh strips with a 2 part epoxy.

I also painted that corner mesh piece on the front with the same satin white. A few folks have commented that the rubbery black trim on the switch is hard to paint, but I found that if you use a self etching primer and then your paints it covers and adheres great.
