I have seen some similar to what you want, just not single sleeved. I think it was a NZXT fan extension cable.

Yeah I checked NZXT but it's not 3-pin to 3x 3-pin exposed male. Reason why I need exposed is because of these PWM fans I have.

You could make them pretty cheap. Not sure you could do them for the price of the ModRights - it would depend on what you already had available but they would certainly look a whole lot better.

No, because my fan controller cables (Bitfenix Hydra Pro) are only 3-pin and the heads are not exposed. I need something like this but with 3x heads.

Why not just open up the side of the enclosed ones? I do that with mine since they are hard to find (the open ones).

If my understanding is correct you have pic. 1 on the hydra and your fans have pic. 2 and your trying to adapt/extend the length?

I'm trying to connect my PWM fans to the controller. Problem is, as you can see, the 3-pin cables on the Hydra Pro are enclosed, not exposed. If the 3-pin male heads are exposed I can plug PWM fans to it.

Basically it's like this, Hydra Pro -> 3-pin to 3x 3-pin (exposed heads) -> 2x PWM fans. I want to use 1 slider to control two PWM fans and for that to happen I need a 3-pin to 3x 3-pin exposed head or else it won't fit.

This is a 3pin to 3x3pin cable. The 3x3pin heads are enclosed, I need the heads to be exposed so I can connect them to PWM fans, because obviously I can't connect PWM fans if the heads are enclosed, it just won't fit.

My bad, I had not realised you wanted a splitter, but I can't find those any where either. at least not single sleaved. looks like your going to have to get your soldering iron out, or follow this suggestion.
