I noticed that a lot people in here OCing with Ivy bridge chips...that's great and I have one too in a Z77 Professional. I'd like to OC that also but one thing at a time. Right now I have an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 and a 2600K paired. I'd like to bring it up to about 4.5. I think that's reasonable for that chip, and I believe it can be done. I've gotten up there before but seems like it's getting too hot, I'll post voltages and temps with what I have current now. I'd like to get some BIOS shots also. I'm running the latest 1.7 now. Here's my rig:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64
CPU: Intel 2600K
MOBO: ASrock z77 Extreme 4
MEM: Corsair Vengeance 1600
PSU: Corsair 850HX
Video: 2 x ATI 6970 in X-fire
SSD: OCZ Agility 240
CPU Cooling: Coolermaster Hyper 212 plus with coolermaster excalibur fan
Case fans: 3 Scythe Ultra Kaze
There's plenty of airflow in the case with those ultra kaze fans.
