Ok, I'm in need in rapid help, I have 2 options:

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3, LGA 1155, Intel

OR

Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3

OR

GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155)

Which one should I go for??

I have:

Intel i5 2500k
Radeon 6870 (I wish to crossfire soon)
2x4 gb of Ram
I'm looking to add Minimum 3 fans on my system

May I ask why you are updating your motherboard? If I had to pick, I would go with the ASUS one. I don't believe the other 2 allow for crossfire.

Out of all of those, the V-Pro/Gen3.

Also, I don't use the fan headers on the motherboard. Just use a fan controller. Much better control over your fans.

If you want z77, go with this guy:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157295

You just can't beat it for the price.

Since you have a Sandy bridge, go for the z68 board. It's great, I've done a couple of builds with it myself, and getting a z77 board will make almost no difference.
(Unless you are planning on an upgrade to ivy, although there is no reason why you should be rolleyes.gif wait till Haswell )

Of the ones you listed the Asus is the best. Gigabytes Z77X-UD3H and UD5H are very good, if they're the same price as that Asus I'd pick one of them instead.
The extreme6 Lord Xeb linked is also very good but the UD3H is cheaper and has a lot of the same features. The Asrock has better cooling though.
There's also Asrock's z77 extreme4, which is a good option if you want to save some cash.

You can look at Z68 boards if they're cheaper, but I would go with a Z77 anyway if you can. Some people have seen higher/more stable clocks on Z77 compared to similar Z68 boards.
