This is on my sig system, no matter what resolution or even at the lowest resolution, I'm getting like 11-20 FPS. I can play ME3 at 60FPS at the highest settings at 1920x1080. Any suggestions?

Do you have anything overclocked? [CPU, GPU, Memory, etc...] if so, you may want to set everything back to stock settings and see if it remains choppy. If yes, then go from there, if no, then you have a bad o/c.

Oddly enough, I ran another game and same problem... did a restart, all solved.... Really weird, because I didn't have anything else running.... and the GPU is not overclocked. Driver issue?

Once BF3 was running at 10fps, and crysis 2 at 2fps. When I restarted everything was fixed. That was the biggest mystery for me yet.

Ive had the same issue for a long time on ME1. Something that helped was to turn film grain off and v-sync on. Most of the time it stays really choppy at first but if you just continue playing, it'll straighten itself out.
