Up to 30 days after purchase on ebay items, 90 on retail store purchases I think.

No, but as long as it's right there when you get it, You can get eBay to intervene on your behalf if you cannot resolve the issue with the seller. If you get more dead or stuck pixel after the 30 days than you are pretty much SOL. Now, is it going to protect you if the unit failed a few months/years down the road? Yes, They will either repair it or replace it (in this case I'm pretty sure it'll be a replace). So basically Square Trade will not help you on pixel claims but will help on the long term reliability issue.
I've never heard of dead/stuck pixels occurring after use; they tend to be busted from the factory. In any case, BCC will pay for return shipping within the first 30 days to Korea if the monitor is faulty, which stuck pixels would be if you bought a pixel perfect variant. After that, the primary concern is that the monitor is going to flat out die, not that dead/stuck pixels will occur.
