super cool

Thread Starter
o my god i do love my new case, just got a case for my profile comp, to replace that lian li with its inefficient cooling, and (isert drum roll here) the ASUS VENTO 3600 is uber 1337 cooling compared to that lian li, full 5 degree difference in both idle and load on my vid card, and a 12 degree difference in my proc, this is nice and i got my 7950 safely up to 600core and 755 mem and it still runs smooth.

Glad to hear your happy with it.
Personally, I think that a case mod would of been the way to go with the Lian Li
(great quality case there).
Cable routing is key for circulation and cooling.
Use thin cables and tie them down so not to restrict airflow,
use fans for intake and exhaust (intake at rear and exhaust out the front cools it slightly better (if front isn't covered by a bezel cover).
Many may disagree with me here, but hot air blown out the back against a wall or desk just traps more heat
when you want it away from your comp.

hron,

Nice pace your runnin' at.

Lenzo,

"Many may disagree with me here, but hot air blown out the back against a wall or desk just traps more heat"

I for one agree. Unless that area is well vented, it can add to the nemesis of high temps. Angling and moving my rig in such a manner that the exhaust was.... well... exhausting and not swirling in circles, gave me a whole C, every one counts on air

hron, when you pushin' farther?
